MARKET YOUR PROPERTY
We offer customized marketing strategies that are developed to optimize profitably for each individual portfolio. Clients’ properties are highlighted using the leading platforms that best match the marketing strategy carefully designed for them. Professional photos are used digitally and in printed advertisements.
- CLIENTS: We offer online access to individual portals allowing clients to stay informed of pertinent information such as bookings, rental income, and associated expenses. Monthly and year end statements will be provided via the portal to assist with tax preparation. Electronic disbursements are initiated monthly to promote an efficient and environmentally friendly process.
- GUESTS: We offer online access to individual portals allowing guests to pay online and submit various requests. Guests can print receipts, rebook stays, and offer feedback. Additionally, Guests can use our mobile app to check in/out and submit various requests throughout their stay.
- CLIENTS: We provide initial and regular inspections, maintaining a detailed inventory of all items and amenities related to our clients’ property. Clients are promptly notified of necessary maintenance, repairs, and updates to ensure the property maintains the highest level of standard.
- GUESTS: We provide 24-hour service to guests. Pre- and post-stay communication including booking confirmation, check-in instructions, and other requests are handled to insure the highest satisfaction. Concierge services are available to enhance guests’ visits, providing area information and additional resources.
TENANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
It is our goal to gain return guest. Making their stay one they can always remember is our priority. Our team handles all pre- and post-stay guest communication including booking confirmations, check-in instructions and review requests. We are available 24 hours a day for our guest needs. We offer special concierge service for our tenants and area information and resources.
Being new to the seasonal rental market, I was very hesitant to get started in this venture of renting the home that I plan to retire in someday. Thankfully that worry has eased.
